Because your doll is a one-of-a-kind, handmade item made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after the item has been received.
Under the latest EU Right of Withdrawal regulations, consumers in the EU have the right to return goods without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving them and receive a full refund. Therefore, buyers located in the EU may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days.
However, the return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer. Please contact customer service for the specific return address. We will process your refund within 24 hours after receiving your return tracking number.. The refund will be returned to your original PayPal or credit card account.
Note: Custom OC / Mini Me dolls are excluded.
Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order if you contact us before it ships. For custom OC / Mini-Me dolls, if you insist on requesting a refund, we will resell the customized doll.
Damaged or Lost Items:
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that your doll arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receipt or the estimated delivery date (for loss). Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
